Principals
Raymond Nash, President, Founder, Advisor

The dynamic force propelling Cornerstone Consulting Group, Raymond brings some ten years of experience in the insurance and investment industry. Having earned his bachelor degree in marketing from Akron University, Raymond holds a Life and Health Insurance license as well as a FINRA Series 6 registration.
Raymond’s background includes extensive experience in commercial banking, private banking, and income tax planning. Raymond first earned membership in the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) during his tenure with LPL Financial. He attained the elite designation of Top of the Table within the Million Dollar Round Table. This is an organization for top insurance producers based upon sales production. This designation is limited to less than the top 1% of advisors in the industry.
Due to his rapid ascension in the industry, Raymond was invited into the M Financial community in 2009. M Financial Group is one of the nation’s leading financial services design and distribution companies, serving the ultra-affluent and corporate markets through an exclusive network of more than 125 of the country’s most successful and innovative independent financial services firms.
Pamela Yochum, Vice President, COO, Founder

Pam brings 21 years of experience in the insurance and investment industry into her role as Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and Founder of Cornerstone Consulting Group.
She holds a Life Insurance license along with FINRA Series 7, 24, and 66 registrations. Pam earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Akron University and also has a background in accounting and the medical field.
Pam specializes in advanced case design and underwriting, working closely with underwriters, attorneys, and CPAs.

Nick Bellon, Senior Advisor, Vice President of Business Development / Western Division

As a Principal, Nick was a driving force behind St. Louis, Missouri’s fastest growing privately-held business in 2008. He has achieved membership in the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), attaining the elite status of Top of the Table—a designation limited to less than the top 1% of advisors in the industry.
Nick has been a point of contact for developing new relationships among outside professionals and new clients. He has worked with high net worth families, business owners, Forbes 400 Billionaires, professional athletes, and corporate executives.
Nick is active in nonprofit and civic organizations, serving as a member of the Board of Directors of the NEST, an international NGO focusing on leading communities out of poverty. Additionally, he is active on the steering committee of the (Albert) Pujols Family Foundation, and serves as a Trustee for the County of St. Louis.
In 2007 Nick was honored to be included in the St. Louis Business Journal’s 30 Under 30 list. Nick graduated from the University of Dallas with a bachelor degree in economics.

Mike comes to Cornerstone Consulting Group with a wealth of knowledge and experience, most recently serving as a Managing Director of CBIZ MHM, LLC. His primary expertise has been in providing tax & wealth transfer consulting, business valuation and litigation advisory services to closely held companies in a variety of industries. Prior to joining CBIZ, he spent seven years in the Cleveland, Ohio and Washington, DC offices of Coopers & Lybrand.
Recognized as an expert in his field, Mike has provided expert testimony on tax matters, business valuation, and lost profits in the United States Tax Court, Federal District Courts and Ohio courts of common pleas. He has been a frequent lecturer at venues such as the University of Akron’s National Tax Conference, the Ohio Society of CPAs, both the Cleveland and Akron Bar Associations, The Ohio State University, the Ohio Family Law Institute and the National Association of Accountants.
Mike holds his undergraduate degree in Accounting from The Ohio State University, having graduating Cum Laude in 1983. He earned his Master of Taxation from the University of Akron in 1990. As well, he is Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1984.

Jay King, Director

Jay brings to Cornerstone Consulting Group more than 30 years of corporate finance experience. After graduating from Harding University with a major in business administration / finance, he began his career with the Beneficial Finance Corporation. During his tenure at Beneficial, he continued his post-graduate Finance education in completing their PACE Management Program.
In 1982 Jay moved to Dallas, Texas, to take a position with the Marley-Haley Group of London, England. Jay developed his fledging company into the largest Independent Representative producer in their United States network. His organization was awarded National Producer of the Year in both 1985 and 1986.
Most recently Jay comes to us from a position with an $800 million corporation where he served as Director of HQ Operations.
Jay and his wife reside in Champion, Ohio. They have been active most of their lives in nonprofit organizations on both the local and national level.
Todd Mayle, Marketing

As a member of the business development team of Cornerstone Financial Group, Todd brings more than 15 years of insurance and investment industry experience.
Todd holds his Life and Health Insurance license as well as his FINRA Series 7 registration. Fully licensed in all aspects of Cornerstone operations, Todd works at a high level with our clientele in an approach that emphasizes meeting client needs in achieving their goals of preservation, prosperity, and protection.
Todd resides in Austintown with his wife and daughter. He is an active member of Business Network International as well as an active member of his community.
